Villa Tris Thalasses can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, private parking, free wireless internet access, two bathrooms and a pool with sea view.

On a beautiful and quiet slope of Messara between Pitsidia and Matala, since 2022 a stone residence has been erected among the Cretan olive groves.

The view that this villa gives you will be unforgettable, seeing at the same time the mountain of Psiloritis and the 3 points of the sea that can be seen from the whole house, where the name of the villa comes from.

In this calm atmosphere you can enjoy the wonderful sunset of the Cretan south.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, the living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool. It has a large balcony with a pergola where you can experience moments of calm and carefree.

The swimming pool, which is located next to the garden, has dimensions of 8m x 4m and has 3 umbrellas, 6 sunbeds, a shower.

On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms where one has 1 double bed and the other 2 single beds with a fantastic view of the 3 Seas and the Paksimadia Islands and 1 bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker – oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine.

Sheets and towels are included at no extra charge.

All areas of the house have air conditioning.
